Terms of Use
Effective September 8, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the MonthEnd website and, unless a separate written agreement applies, use of the MonthEnd service. By accessing or using MonthEnd, you agree to these terms.
Use of MonthEnd
You may use MonthEnd only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the information, files, and other content you submit and for ensuring you have the right to provide that content to MonthEnd.
Accounts and security
If you receive access to the MonthEnd application, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share credentials with unauthorized users or attempt to access data or systems you are not permitted to use.
Your data
You retain ownership of the data and materials you provide to MonthEnd. You grant MonthEnd the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, and display that information to provide and improve the service.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape or probe the service in an abusive manner, or use MonthEnd in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Financial information and decisions
MonthEnd is a workflow and reporting tool. Outputs may include extracted, calculated, or generated information and should be reviewed by qualified users. MonthEnd does not provide investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for investment and business decisions made using the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to operate MonthEnd reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
MonthEnd and its software, branding, designs, and related materials are owned by MonthEnd or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service, these terms do not grant you ownership of MonthEnd intellectual property.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, MonthEnd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MonthEnd disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or service. Any additional commercial terms agreed in writing with a customer will control if they conflict with these website terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as MonthEnd evolves. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
